How can I recover my password from the Servicio Nacional de Migraciones?

Here is a step-by-step guide to help you recover your password. So that if you do not remember it, you can enter it when you log in to your account.

STEP 1 

If when you enter your email and password, you see the following message “Estas credenciales no coinciden con nuestros registros”(These credentials do not match our records), it is because a password that does not match is being entered. You must click on ¿Olvidaste tu contraseña? (Forgot your password?)

STEP 2

Then log in with your email address (the same one you used to create your account on the Servicio Nacional de Migraciones page) and click on "enviar". 

STEP 3

In this step, you will receive an email where you will have to click on “Recuperar contraseña” (Recover password).

STEP 4

Enter your email address, a new password and your confirmation (Must be at least 8 characters long) then click on “Restablecer la contraseña” (Reset Password).

STEP 5

Finally, you will be redirected to the page so that you can complete your procedure, since your password has been reset.
