When applying for Residencia Definitiva, one of the most common mistakes is deciding whether you are a visa holder or a dependent. What you must take into account is the previous visa. As a result, we recommend that you look at your estampado. Here are two examples: the old stamp in the passport and the electronic stamp (downloaded).
Example 1: Estampado Antiguo (old) in passport
In the upper part of the sticker of the estampado the condition: "Titular o Dependiente" is shown.
Example 2: The image below shows where the applicant's condition is in the Estampado Electrónico, under "Dependiente/ Titular."
