If you have received an Antecedentes y Pago de Derechos notification for your Residencia Definitiva, you must submit the documentation within a maximum period of 60 days.
Remember that you must attach the requested documentation and then pay the fees.
TO ATTACH THE REQUESTED DOCUMENTATION: you must log in with your ClaveÚnica or login account (with which the application was submitted) through the Portal de Trámites Digitales.
You will need to check your Bandeja de Entrada (Inbox), where you will find the application called Completa Antecedentes.
Once you click on realizar, you will need to upload the documentation that was requested in the notification you received.
Once you have attached the files, you must complete the process for your application to be received by the Servicio Nacional de Migraciones.
Important: Only if you do not have the requested information, you must attach an explanation letter.
TO PAY THE FEES: On the other hand, you must pay the fees for the Residencia Definitiva. To do this, you must log in with your ClaveÚnica or login account to the Portal de Trámites Digitales, go to your Bandeja de Entrada where you will find the application sent previously and then click on Realizar. This will take you to the PROCESO DE PAGO (PAYMENT PROCESS).
Once the payment has been verified, you will be redirected to our online platform, where you will have to complete the procedure in order to move forward in the process.
