STEP 1
The application for the Certificado de Nacionalizado can be completed at Portal de Trámites Digitales. Then select the option and click on Iniciar.
STEP 2
Then click HERE, where the box shown below will be displayed.
In order to complete this procedure, you must register first. If you have not registered yet, check the following FORM.
After registering, enter your email and password and click on Ingresar.
STEP 3
You must select the procedure to be completed, in this case Solicitud de Certificado de NO Nacionalizado.
STEP 4
Complete the following form (If you click on usuario registrado your information will appear automatically).
Attach the required documentation, scanned in PDF format. (You must click on the green button that says Agregar to attach more documentation). Then click on Enviar Solicitud.
The box shown below will appear. There you will have to confirm the submission.
Then click on Aceptar.
STEP 5
When you accept the request, you will automatically receive an email with the number and date of your request.
The response will be sent when the request is resolved. Specifically, the certificate or oficio in digital form via email, the documents will have an advanced electronic signature, in pdf format.
