Here is a step-by-step guide to help you recover your password. That, if you do not remember it when you log in to your account.
If when you enter your email and password, you see the following message “Estas credenciales no coinciden con nuestros registros”(These credentials do not match our records), it is because a password that does not match is being entered. You must click on ¿Olvidaste tu contraseña? (Forgot your password?)
Then log in with your email address (the same one you used to create your account on the Servicio Nacional de Migraciones page) and click on "enviar".
In this step, you will receive an email where you will have to click on “Recuperar contraseña” (Recover password).
*If you have trouble clicking on the “Recuperar contraseña” button, copy and paste the following URL into your browser
Enter your email address, a new password and your confirmation (Must be at least 8 characters long) then click on “Restablecer la contraseña” (Reset Password).
Finally, you will be redirected to the page so that you can complete your procedure, since your password has been reset.
