If you have a Residencia Temporal granted prior to the entry into force of the New Immigration categories, the deadlines of the old legislation will be respected to apply for the Residencia Definitiva.


If you have Residencia Temporal, these are the deadlines set by previous legislation to apply for Residencia Definitiva:

  • 1 year of Visa Temporaria.
  • 2 years of Visa Sujeta a Contrato. 
  • 2 years of Residencia Estudiante.
