Description | This permit is for foreigners who belong to a religious entity legally constituted in Chile and who need to remain in the country for reasons directly related to the exercise of the cult in question. |
Who is it addressed to? | To foreigners who belong to a religious entity legally constituted in Chile in accordance with the rules of Law No. 19.638 which "establishes norms on the legal constitution of churches and religious organizations", and who need to remain in the country for reasons directly related to the exercise of the worship in question and the exercise of the powers considered in Article 7 of such legal body. |

How long is it for? | This temporary residence permit will be valid be up to two years. The permit will be effective from the moment the foreigner enters the country. |

Then you must select “Solicitud de Residencia Temporal para Extranjeros fuera de Chile”, complete the application form and upload the requested information. |
