Then you must select "Solicitud Prórroga Tarjeta de Tripulante" and click on "Iniciar".
Read all the information and conditions. If you agree, click on "Siguiente".
You must enter the information of the company and its legal representative.
You must enter the information of the means of transportation and upload the role or crew list or general declaration.
Then click on "Siguiente".
Fill out the form with all the corresponding information of the crew member.
Remember that the information must be the same as that on the identification document.
You must upload all required documents, they must be legible and valid.
You must also enter the deadline of the requested permit.
Then you must click "Siguiente".
You must confirm and submit the application by clicking on "Siguiente".
Then select the payment method that best suits you.
You will receive a resolution and payment confirmation on your email.
