How to make a request in SIAC?

SIAC is the first point of contact between the user and public agencies. If you need to make a request, comment, complaint, suggestion, congratulations or opinion, here is a step-by-step guide for you to make this kind of request.


Step 1:

Go to siac.interior.gob.cl and click on “Ingresar una nueva Solicitud” (Enter a new Request).


Step 2:

In this step, you must enter the "Detalles de la Solicitud" (Application Details).

-Select the type of request:  Consultation, Opinion, Complaint, Suggestion, Petition, Compliment.

-Then you must select "Servicio Nacional de Migraciones" as the organization.

-In the "Detalles de la Solicitud", be as clear as possible and provide all the information needed regarding your request in order to provide a response in a timely manner.


Step 3:

In this step you must enter the "Detalles de Contacto".


Step 4:

In  “Datos Estadísticos”, you may enter the requested information only if you wish. This section is optional.


Step 5:

Finally, check the“Resumen de su Solicitud”. Verify that all the information provided is correct. Then click on the “Enviar solicitud” button.


Afterwards, click on "Continuar".


It will confirm that your application has been submitted and will assign you a folio number for you to track your application.
